A keyword is a word, or combination of words and numbers, that is used as a text message body. Your subscribers will text your keyword to the number 69302 in order to opt-in to your database.
Why use multiple keywords?
If you are running multiple marketing campaigns, by using different keywords, you can track the performance of each based on the number of people who subscribe. Multiple keywords also help to segregate your database into multiple “lists,” depending on what type of texts your customer want to receive.
How many messages can I send?
Each account comes with a set number of text credits. Each text message you send costs one credit per subscriber. So to send a blast to 200 subscribers would cost 200 credits.
Do my text credits rollover each month?
Yes! Your credits rollover each month, and are good for six months. So if you don’t send as many messages one month, you can send more the following month.
